This site is a working draft, shared with named colleagues for comment. It is not a published offer, and nothing here is a commitment to a client. Client names, fees and signatories belong in a customised proposal, never in this handbook.

How this is organised

The proposal is the standard offer: a single-asset diagnostic that works alongside the existing O&M contractor rather than replacing anyone. It is deliberately narrow, because the first client conversation should be small enough to say yes to.

The handbook is the internal view: the service catalogue, the maturity model, the development roadmap, the reusable methods, and the discipline for qualifying work. It exists so the service can grow without the proposal growing with it.

The appendices carry the working checklists — including the per-client customisation list, which is the bridge from this handbook to an actual proposal.

Using this for a real client

Never edit the proposal chapters for a client. Copy them into proposals/, which is outside this site and outside version control, and customise there. The handbook stays generic; the client material stays private.
